Broken rod
The rod is fantastic except for the fact that it was shipped in way too small of a tube. Luckily the costumer advice is great and they are working on my regund now.

Unpack carefully
Tragic story, I wasn't careful when opening the packaging, and broke the end off. Since I caused the damage I wasn't going to be a jerk and try return it. So I doctored it up as best I could, using some needles,thread and super glue as a splint. First fish it caught, which is too embarrassing to mention, it broke again.I have no doubt that if I had been more careful unpacking it, it would have held up to fishes 10 times the size I caught with it. So great rod, it's just a user error.

Sensitive, Smooth, Strong, And can Cast Forever!!!
If you like to cast a long ways, or if you like things that operate smoothly. If you are looking for a very sensitive, yet strong rod. Then this is exactly what you are looking for. 13 Fishing’s Fate Black rod is one of the best, if not THE best fishing rod for the money. I’ve caught several 4, 5, And 6lbs bass, catfish, and Crappie. Without any problems. I’ve told all my friends, I compare it to. Getting out of a S-10 pickup. And hoping in a Cadillac!!! It’s that big of a difference.

Careless shipping completely ruined my vacation
This is absolutely ridiculous. Broken into three pieces right when I opened. Ruined my trip. I was counting on this rod. Very very poor. I will never buy 13 again.

Don't horse them!
Love the action of these rods. Have had 3 now. Think the value is great. All though I have broke 2 of them about 3 eyelet from tip. Don't horse them.

Nice Rod!
I really like this rod! It is sensitive and has plenty of flex (and is a cool color). I used a Texas rigged worm with a bullet weight the first time I used it and it worked great.

Small reel seat
Great, lightweight rod with good bend. Love the wild color but feel they should have used a material other than cork or made the reel seat items white to make it easier to match. My main concern is that the reel seat is extremely tight even for small reels. Cheap Walmart style reels that run 30-50 bucks will have a hard time fitting on here without some sort of DIY modification, although it is possible.

Light sensitive extremely strong at a very low price can't beat it go for it...
I've been fishing for almost 30 years. I have Some of the most expensive fishing rods out there and I have a G Loomis nrx which cost $550 and this Rod as more sensitive. If I can get a 10 star as I would. love it will be coming back for more.
