Recommended for up to 150 pounds and a skill level 3, with base extensions recommended at 70 pounds. The 4 feet x 8 feet folding gymnastics mat is made with firm foam, and will fold into four 2 feet wide panels for easy transport and storage. Constructed with 1-3/8 inch thick firm foam and wrapped in 18 ounce vinyl. Gymnastics mat will fit snug in the base of the adjustable horizontal bar.
