Baader PlanetariumSCT-T Adapter Ultrashort, T-2 (Male) / 2" SCT (Female), 10mm Optical Length

I wanted to add a 1.25 inch Baader click-lock adapter to my celestron C5 telescope. This adapter enabled me to attach the click-lock adapter to the SCT thread without changing the optical path length significantly compared to the visual back that came with the telescope. The reason I gave it a four star rating is because I would have preferred a longer T-2 thread. The thread engagement of the T-2 thread with the click-lock adapter appears to be slightly less than 2mm.

Allows solid (screw-on) Low profile connections to my Celestron CPC 9.25". I have zenith-base clearance for CCD, Flip-mirror, Filter wheel and lens. The adaptor is short but fully accessible. Exactly what I wanted.

Excellent quality adapter.

It's a great, quality product. Because it's ultra short, it minimizes the flex in my optical system. I like it!
