Absorbs heat! Makes great crust!
This stone is SO worth the money! I used to have a convection oven. My new Home has a regular oven, which was burning everything I baked. I heard that oven stones help travel trailers and motor home ovens bake better. So I tried it with my oven. It works great!!! It also works great for pizza. Crispy crust!! Perfect!!

Seems to be of poor quality
After a single use the stone showed excessive pitting in some areas. Wasn’t what I expected since I’ve used other stones before.

Don't hold heat and grew mold
We purchased these after finally wearing out our old pizza stones that had lasted five years or so. Something didn't seem right about these from the beginning as, after preheating the stones in the oven and then laying the pizza on top, the stone had cooled so much that I could hold it with my bare hands. After washing it correctly (scraping off all food bits and rinsing clean with warm water), we found they had mold growing on them after being in the cabinet for a few weeks. Terrible purchase.
