I have used this product before and item is to the same standard as expected.

I didn't go to the dentist for years. I had no need to or so I thought. I finally went and found I had advanced gum disease despite having very few symptoms of it. Following a very expensive course of treatment to deep clean my guns and assess the amount of bone loss, I was recommended these brushes for daily use. You may find reviews on here that say they are fiddly and difficult to use etc but you need to be shown how to use them. The idea is to grasp them firmly between thumb and forefinger with the curve bending away from your gums, grasp them at the base of the bristles near the twisted wire and then wiggle them between your teeth. It should not be too easy to get the brush between your teeth and then you know this is a good fit. The dentist predicted that I would lose at least four or five teeth within the next couple of years and I would be lucky to stop them falling out even if I cleaned regularly. However, after the treatment and using these brushes every day he is amazed at how stable the teeth are. I will be using these brushes for the rest of my life.

Contacted seller to advise that the quality of product is not the same. They denied anything has changed but the brushes are finer and therefore do not work properly. They responded saying they would look into it after I provided the batch number. I have not heard anything since. A week after advising there is a problem. I have heard nothing more. Very poor!
