Very cute, runs smallish
I normally wear a large. I ordered the XL hoping for a looser, baggy fit so it would cover my butt in leggings, but the XL fits like a large. I'm not mad about it though. It's a super cute shirt! Comfortable. Nice and soft. Good quality printing. We jokingly call my FIL "Clark" around the holidays so its perfect for my upcoming family get together. But definitely size up for your normal fit and 2 or more sizes if you want plenty of room.

Decent holiday shirt.
I used this for a Christmas shirt over the holidays. I ordered an XL, but it fit closer to a L. It might have worked better if the material had more stretch to it. It worked but I won't get as much use out of it as I would have if it fit as a true size XL. The sleeves and length were fine, but the fit around the body was snug. I would not have minded that with a stretchy fit, but I don't like a stiffer fabric to fit snug. That is personal preference. I still rated the shirt with 4/5 stars overall as it still worked and was overall as described, other than the fit for me.

fun & comfy Christmas shirt
wasn't too sure about this when I ordered: it said cotton blend (but I've been burned before with 100% poly - ugh!). This arrived and the print was exactly as pictured, fabric IS a blend and oh so soft! The inside feels slightly fleece-y .. super soft! Only wish the sleeves were 1 inch longer. (and length is not as photographed .. it is a 'normal' length, not super long) I am a Misses 6-8 with a 37" bust and the small fits like a dream (I hate baggy clothing) but the sleeves are just an inch too short. Would love it in other styles IF the sleeves were longer. but great price point!
