Good heater but too bright
The heater does provide a lot of heat but the lamps are also very bright to the extent that we only use the bottom half as otherwise one needs to wear sunglasses. If you sit around a table and have the heater behind one of the persons sitting around the table, you cannot look at that person without sunglasses. I have yet to find a good position so that it provides the heat it no doubt has but also does not blind me.

Not fit for purpose
This item was purchased in September 2019, hardly ever used until now. Great heater initially but then the lamp went and now has burnt out the mesh protecting the lamps. Unable to use as dangerous.

Top bit not attached???
Can't understand why the top part of the heater is not attached to the main body? We've called customer service a couple of times to see if this is correct and they claim that it is...it's very strange and doesn't feel safe as can just fall off as only attached by cables. Very strange design??
