Great size to keep in bag or pocket, nice bright light on it

It was a huge struggle to get the batteries into slots that seem too small for AAA batteries. They had to be pushed in with a lot of force; so digging them out (using a steel gimlet or small screwdriver) when they need to be replaced will be almost impossible without damaging the plastic holder. 3x magnification is too much to read text easily through such a small lens, but magnification can be reduced by holding the lens close to the page. The problem then, however, is that the light fails to illuminate the writing because its angle expects the lens to be further from the page.

Nice little magnifying unit, compact enough for a pocket or bag. The irony of having to use it to read the instructions is not lost on me. :-)

I purchased this for my Dad who has problems reading menus in pubs/restaurants or just general tasks around the house. The item is nice and small so easy to put in a pocket when you're going out. The magnifier is well protected by the sliding cover and the magnifier is good enough to see the detail, whilst not being overly magnifying that you're only seeing a few letters of the page at a time. Overall it's been a good success.

I'M REGISTERED BLIND SO THEY COME IN HANDY WHEN I GO OUT. I HAVE ONE (1) OF THREE (3) IN COAT OR BAG SO I DON'T FORGET TO TAKE ONE OUT WITH MY OTHER MAGNIFIERS.

The more I use this the more I like it. The light is bright, which is just what I need. Good magnification. I'm using it for electronic assembly work... works well.

bought the 5x and it magnified to much and had a lot of image distortion . the 3x works great ideal for reading labels on food items like salt and sugar levels which you need to do as the supermarkets are destroying our health by adding far to much to most of there food

Give your eye sight a boost and have these handy. They are quality pieces that allow better vision when your reading glasses are not enough!!

Very good product for older people like a lot easier to read the small print especially medicine bottles comes with an automatic light that as you’re using it lights up to what you’re reading and the screen very good I’m enjoying
