This mat has saved me
This mar has saved me from really hurting myself. I pole dance and when practicing some trickes I use this and it's saved me from injury. Good width and thickness for me. Easy to remove as well.

Perfect for at home polers.
This isn’t as thick as my studio mat but my home pole also isn’t as high as the studio’s. This is perfect for perfecting tricks and staying safe at home. It’s thick and durable, and doesn’t sink in much when you stand or land on it.

Pole mat
This was bigger and thicker than I thought it would be. Great value and so comfortable around my dance pole! No regrets!!!

Fits the x-stage perfectly!
I was worried this mat would interfere with the spin on my x-stage, because the base of the pole is wider than a ceiling mounted pole- but it fits perfectly! I can still spin, and it fits nicely within the diameter of the stage too. One star off, because the mat is quite hard. It will probably last well because of how firm it is, but the only thing this mat will protect you from is maybe a bruise from whacking your foot on the stage. For the price point though, I think it's worth it.
