Smartgear Beverage Warmer with Built-In USB Power Port

Got one as a gift. It won’t hold a charge and can’t be adjusted. Heck, it actually does nothing but hold the coffee but doesykeep it warm.

Stopped working after about 5 months. Even then, it wasn't that good when it was working. Used mostly with the small Philz coffee cups.

Always have MY coffee warm

My 20oz metal coffee cup would not fit so I use plastic 16oz microwave/dishwasher safe reusable coffee cups. They do however give off a hot plastic smell when I am drinking the coffee after they have been sitting on the Beverage Warmer for awhile. I am going to get a metal or ceramic mug that fits to continue using it. Also it charges my phone just fine. Do not use with foam cups as it is printed on the bottom of the box and heard it will melt them.

This is dangerous and does not work as advertised. First, the catches to hold your cup are too snug. It will seem that it will not fit your cup, but it will after you push it hard into place. Problem then is that as you lift your drink it takes the whole warmer. Means you need two hands to operate which defeats the purpose.Worst though, is that it is advertised to work on disposable or reusable cups. After just a couple minutes it started melting my plastic travel mug on the bottom where it hits a metal plate. This could only work for all metal cups. I returned the product to Kohls but it cost me more than the product because it ruined my mug.Dangerous product.

This thing stinks. Directions should clearly state to not use with styrofoam cups. I used it on a large styrofoam to go coffee cup and after about 5min the cup would no longer come out. When I gave it some pressure to take it out the entire styrofoam cup came out with no bottom. It had melted on the metal plate resulting in a full large coffee spilling on me and all over my interior. BUYER BEWARE!!
