Peteme Airline Approved Pet Travel Carrier, Soft Sided Cat Carrier To The Vet/Road Trip For Kitten, Puppy, Guinea-pigs, Rabbit, Ferret

Bought two soft-sided carriers to test out to fly with my ~6-month old, 7lb kitten, and the Peteme one was the better of the two: the shape is much more similar to that of the hard carrier my cat is accustomed to and he didn't feel closed in like with the other carrier. Cat was able to stand up and turn around inside the carrier without trouble, and the removable fleece-lined base was comfortable (especially when I added a shirt to make it eve softer). Carrier feels sturdy whilst being lightweight, and I felt like the cat was secure and stable inside. Only downside is that the back panel of the carrier is a bit floppy and collapsed inward a bit (i.e., did not maintain the rigid square shape of the front panel), but the cat didn't seem to mind.

We were so excited when your bag arrived..after all..we have 2 small dogs {under 10 pounds } that we need to take to the vets on a bus for the elderly and disabled..Our excitement turned to dismay when we saw how very SMALL it was..it said for animals up to 18 pounds and my 9 pound Chihuahua / Pom mix can't even fit into it , not to mention the fact that he fought us even trying to get him in it...Then our 4 month old puppy balked at being put in it..she fought to escape. Then while watching TV last night I started smelling the most God awful smell..kind of like a cross between hot asphalt , burning rubber and dirty ass...I got to looking for whatever it was that was causing this odor and much to my horror I found out it was the bag my mother spent almost $35 on I sprayed it with Febreeze , hoping it would remove the odor but it didn't.. Now I know why the dogs fought us about going into this bag..I HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE buy it

We have a new Maltese puppy and enjoy taking her along with us in stores for socialization. I purchased this carrier for my comfort while we shop or travel with her. She relaxes, chews on her toy or watches whatever is going on around her with new sounds, smells, sites and people. She can easily see us in all directions and feels so comfortable sometimes she naps. The mesh netting provides a barrier for hands although people can still enjoy talking and seeing her. Use options are great for airline travel, pet comfort/safety in a vehicle, ease of cleaning, well made with extra pockets, heavy duty zippers, durable and a lovely periwinkle blue color.

This carrier has all the features we wanted in a carrier. Soft, for easy storage, yet sturdy. Has a pocket to put things in. It seemed huge when I picked up my kitten bit now as you can see, my cat barely fits. But she does fit just fine and she’s an 11.2-pound Ragdoll. She had an accident and I was able to disassemble it and run all parts through the wash on gentle; no damage. I scrubbed the inner fiberboard floor with soap and water and air-dried it, and it’s fine. I think I might encase the fiberboard in plastic before putting it in the nylon sleeve. A minor issue; it really is a perfect carrier. We leave it out and she plays in it like it’s one of her toys, which makes trips to the vet stress-free.

I used this for taking my Siamese cat on the airlines with me. It was roomy enough for him to be comfortable and made of good quality. Even if he gains a few pounds, he will have enough room (10 lbs now).Mesh top and sides are great also so he doesn’t feel totally boxed in. He can look up and see me.

My seven-year-old cat isn't that big. She's actually on the smallish side. She wasn't comfortable. When I took her to the vet, she came out willingly and was reluctant to go back in when her exam was over. This is the opposite of her usual behavior, indicating to me how uncomfortable she was.When I strapped the seatbelt around the case, I was worried if we were in a minor fender bender, the carrier and my kitty would be crushed.

My cat is so crazy! I kept it out and open for him and it's his new go to place for him to take a nap.

I got this for my cats just to be able to transport them to and from the vet and what not and it's really great. I love the side zippers they have, I love the fact that there's a soft cozy side for the base the cats can lay on. At first it does have a strong scent to it but I just pulled it out of the box and aired it in my room for a couple of days and it was fine.
