Galvanized Oval Wash Tub, 3.7 Gal

I bought this with the intention of using it as a beverage tub/party bucket. What I needed was something attractive, water-tight, and that would fit on my kitchen counter.My first test of it (full of water in the fridge overnight) went fine.The appearance is essentially like the product photo, with the exception of the metallic texture.This isn't quite like the old metal tubs, it is "hot-dipped" in some kind of metal, giving it a slightly different texture, rather like an object that has been covered in craft paint. This isn't really a problem however, it still looks nice and has a pleasant rustic look to it.If indeed it holds up well over time, then I don't feel it was too expensive as some others might. If I saw this in a store I would expect a similar price.

I love this item except for the sharp edges around the top! I got this for a baby tub and had to sand down the edges then for an extra safety measure....lined the tub with a thick towel! I thought it was a cute idea for a babyshower gift! Everyone loved the idea!

But that was probably because I didn't pay closer attention to the measurements. It's also quite light and my dogs turn it over a lot, but again, my fault for not checking the actual measurements. It's a good product and I would recommend it.

The finish on this was very rough. Planned on using it for a sink vessel but turned it into a flowe pot instead

Very sturdy, using as a water source for the grandkids play area. So far all is well.

The quality is very good, kind of heavy duty style. I think it can last long. But it's a little expensive.

A great water bowel for our lager puppy. Everything we used prior was too small and wound up being another chew toy for the puppy after it was empty. This tub has enough capacity to keep fresh water throughout the day

This washtub was just the right size to fit about 12 bottles of beer and soda. We used them for our picnic style wedding reception. They were well made and really cute!
