I like all the flavor butter cream is very good a bit sweet but not overpowering vanilla is good berry flavor is good works for me.

Husband loves butter pecan and was thrilled to find this. He has a LOT of allergies so the only other flavor he can drink is the vanilla. Have this on automatic shipments.

I am on dialysis and sometimes I just don't feel like cooking or eating and this will tie me over for a couple of hours. I have tried all three flavors of these and this one is my favorite. I prefer it cold straight out of the refrigerator otherwise it has more of of "protein shake" taste. They are a expensive but I find that it is worth it for me.

I am at a point where I need this nutrition drink. Very expensive in my area can only find at Walgreens for $18 for a 4 pack. Being I am CKD stage 4 I don't feel like eating all the time. So thank you Abbott flavor is great.

OLD FORMULATION NEPRO in purple, blue and white bottles: I bought the old formulation of butter pecan Nepro with the purple, blue and white label. I have not bought this newer white label Nepro, but what I am hoping is that they fixed their machine that inserts the foil looking seal inside the bottles. The old formulation bottles in this last batch was very soft, making it very difficult to get the lid off (#1---the bottles would crush.), and (#2) the inner lid cutters that were supposed to cut the seal out did not work. I end up trying to poke a big enough hole to get the drink out. And (#3) the lid was almost impossible to screw off. I love the old Nepro taste of their butter pecan. I checked the new label vs. the old label, and, probably for cost, Nepro did the juggling act with the ingredients. I pray that this newer formulation is as tasty as the old stuff because I drink it every day for my protein deficiency and diabetes, and also that they fixed their machines that sets up the lid/cutters. I love their flavor much more than Kate Farms shakes. Kate's stuff tastes very "beany." Yes, it is cheaper, but I am worth the more expensive Nepro.
