It might it depends on the diameter of your pipes . Mine fit great I had a 2.5 or a 2.25 I forget but it works

depends on if it is going on v8 or v6 if v6 yes but dont turn it backwards it will sound like crap. V8 it can go either way but if it is backwards its gonna be like straight pipes
