We ordered white because it would fit our business space better, however we received a black unit. As we needed the dispenser we decided not to bother with attempting to return and get the correct color.Otherwise, the water dispenser works as expected and was easy to set up.

Great water cooler and a great company to work with. If you have a problem, they "Take you by the hand" and help you out. Great phone service people! I called to say how great it is to NOT have to lift that water bottle to the top. It's so easy to bottom load the water. It's also a lot quieter than my old one.

Design, easy to operate. It is actually three temperatures: you don’t need to turn on the switch in the back if you want room temperature water.love it.😄

This product should come with a warning. "Product expectancy life less then a year"We had this cooler in our office break room with an average usage of one water change a week. It looked nice but did not last past nine months. Not worth the money for something that can't even last a year. I would not buy this item ever again.

The door came already broken off. It's a nice looking water dispenser but having to send it back already pisses me off more than I'm probably allowed to describe on Amazon. Its the manufacturer fault, not AmazonAmazon is amazing. There is a no return policy on this item !!BEWARE!! but Amazon is replacing the unit at no cost.

Got for my parents they love it.
