I ordered this because it’s available in a large size. It is soft and seems as if it will be warm. Too much of a hassle to keep returning things, so I’m keeping it. They say colours of products may vary, but it is NOT light grey. I ordered it for a king size bed which has a deep matress - but the colour is too dark and dull for that room, so it will go on the spare 4 foot bed, maybe with another throw on top of it. Haven’t washed it yet, so can’t comment on that. At present it’s draped over an armchair that my cat sits on! Cat seems to like it. It did arrive fairly promptly. It has NO SHINE AT ALL - it is a matt, dull colour. In another colour, it would be useful to someone needing a LARGE throw. I ordered abother throw, not so big, from another seller in a pale colour, intended for the spare bed - it turned out to be cream coloured, with a beautiful shine, so that is now on my bed. The grey one I bought here is a more practical colour for a cat with black fur to sit on, and it’s useful that it’s large. I am confused that some reviews say it’s thin? The grey is a dull colour. So unless you actually want dark grey, I suggest buy it in a different colour. Only 3 stars because I wanted a lighter colour. A more honest description of the colour would have been just “grey” not light grey.

Bought this item as a 'TV Blanket' for my wife in Oct 2016.First thing to say is these come in different sizes and thicknesses. A friend who liked the blanket phoned me to say she had got hers cheaper only to find she hadn't read the description properly. Why hadn't I warned her.....................The blanket is very soft to the touch and the perfect size according to the various children I find rolled up in it. My wife has had to repossess it on a number of occasions. It seems well made and is in daily use, sometimes under testing conditions (see 'children' above). It washes well and retains its shape. It still feels the same as when it was just out the box (well, bag actually)A great buy a few pounds more than many on Amazon but well worth it. It looks like it will be doing good service for years to come.Having lived in Germany for a number of years I know the Germans like a good blanket, this is no exception.

A lovely throw for my two seater sofa, could have done with a little more width really, therefore I wouldn't say it was extra large, hence only 4 stars. Beautifully soft to touch and very cosy for those winter nights looming! Delivery took a while, a couple of weeks from Germany? I was surprised by that. There was uneccessary packaging for such an item, two bags one zipped, one taped and a box! However I would recommend these sellers, they kept me updated, even though the invoice was in German! Good job hubby speaks German! 😊

Really nice. Thick, warm and very soft. This one is everything you want in a micro fleece blanket. Ordered the extra large size for a king size bed and it is large enough to drape over the sides and tuck in at the end of the mattress. The edging border is well sewn and generous enough to be a proper separate edging trim that finishes the blanket nicely.Ordered in anthracite, which would indicate a grey colour. In certain light it looks more very deep dusky blue, in other light a very dark green. I like the colour very much.Delivery was surprisingly fast, just a few days from Germany to the UK. Excellent all round.Hope this product stays in Marketplace for a good long while.

the colour wasn't what was displayed, anthracite appears to be grey on the page but is actually a midnight blue type colour, hence the loss of a start. But they are a quality and pure comfort and warmth so I will be giving this to a friend who loves darkish blue colours and will love it and as there isn't a grey will get a black one for myself in the New Year instead.

Very soft, but extremely thin, even when doubled over it doesn't provide much warmth. Colour is a slightly darker purple than shown in photo's.Even though it doesn't provide the warmth required for me, it does looks great. The size perfect for wrapping around myself with me being 5ft 1" and still have plenty of blanket left over for added comfort, but not warmth. It is I would say a blanket for summer nights, not winter.

Love it, very soft, very sad has small hole in it did not find it until after Christmas as it was a gift.

Got these for a very large corner sofa for the cats to sit on without ruining the leather (in theory anyway). They are very big, soft and both we and the cats love them. Just bought another two for when the two we have are in the wash.
