Good Chair
After a car accident, I needed a lot more support and comfort than the standard desk chair.I happened to try out another model at an office supply store and really liked the RSP-110 Pro model that had the 155-degree tilt with infinite angle lock. Wish this model had it as well. I liked the other model, but realized I needed a slightly different format for the height of the back, lumbar support, and added chair space.I added an additional cushion to support my hips better, and with the additional height of the back it works out really well. Still wish for the angle lock, it tilts and I can put my feet up on a stool when I want though it does take a little effort.Only had a little bit, so we shall see how well it holds up over time.

Solid Gaming Chair
The only thing I wish I knew when making my initial purchase was simply this. "Yes, this chair will support a 350 pound, 6ft tall guy, quite comfortably I might add!"Its great. Its solid. Its comfortable to sit for hours on end.1 Year Update:Still comfortable. Everything still works as new EXCEPT for the height adjustment. I don't know if it's hydrolic or what but the cylinder no longer keeps the seat up. Can only sit low now. Which is fine for shorter desks but now my desk sits too high to comfortably work from while needing to type.

The chair is decent sized
I'll make this as simple as possible,The chair is decent. The wings on the seat is completely not needed. All it is, is an annoyance. I haven't had a car seat that had wings on it.The padding is NOT firm, it will give out in 2-4 weeks. You will need to get a foam cover, or pillow seat to put over the chair. 24" is enough to cover the wings aswell. The chair is super easy to assemble. 12 screws, tool included, with extra screws. The hardest part is putting in the wheels, it was not designed for an easy fit like some other chairs. It's mildly annoying. It took me about 35 minutes, and I have decent experience putting chairs together. The longest and most straining part was putting the wheels in.The back of the chair just slides into the base, no screwing needed. It just slides in. Assemble it in the room you want it to be in. Don't try and carry it up the stairs, it is decently heavy, and the back is not screwed in as mentioned.Pros---Easy to put together-Tools included-Moderately comfortable-Decently sized-Decent chair-Pillows are firm-Chair feels high quality.-The arm-height is just high enough, but wish it was higher.-The arms can be adjusted horizontally a few inches backwards or forwards.Cons---The head-rest has virtually no wiggle room, and will not fit anyone above 5ft8inches. You will have to connect it all the way around the back of the chair for it to be comfortable if you're taller.-The chair sits relatively low to the ground, even on the highest setting, this isn't a problem if you stick your feet out. Even on the lowest setting, this is not a major problem.-The wings are just.. not necessary at all. They are uncomfortable and pointless.-The wheels feel like cheap plastic, but they work better than some high quality wheels in my opinion. They are smooth.-The chair is ridiculously heavy.-The material is in the middle. Not high quality, but not super cheap. It's like wanna-be leather with some padding.4/5 stars. Decent chair, good for almost anyone, of any height, almost any body type. Don't expect it to last very long, and don't expect the manufacturers to help you if it breaks.I've read the horror stories from people on amazon and off of amazon. It is not good. I contacted them before I got the chair just to ask questions, and read them reviews off of Amazon and they were extremely rude and tried to lie about it. They know they didn't make "that" good of a product. I believe it's a 5 year warranty, but they likely will not try and honor it at all if the chair breaks, just from my conversation with them. You can email them, call them, bug them, and they will not make any progress on it until they find an excuse not to accept it.I just got this chair, so I can't say how long it will last, but I take good care of all of my stuff. I have a 10 year old office chair from home depot I got for $60 that's still kicking, for reference. From assembling it and sitting on it, playing with the settings, I'd imagine it will last a couple of years if you take care of it, if not longer. Like with every chair, don't expect the gas canister that makes it go up and down to work for very long. Try the chair on the lowest setting. If you like the base, and the chair itself, you can get a new gas canister/wheel base that will fit, and keep using the base of the chair/back if it's comfortable to you.Seat itself is around 22 inches, with the wings it's like 24ish inches. This will fit a majority of people. You can adjust the arms out pretty far, 31 inches apart at its highest setting. However, the wings will still be at that 24inch mark, and they are annoying. If you're a bigger person, say 280--350, this chair might be 1-2 inches too small, because of the wings. I have not found a gaming chair above 22-24 inches on the base seat though, this is the biggest one I've found.Chair itself is not worth $200+ unfortunately. A fair price would be $120-$150 for the quality of material you get. I'm not sure why it was $220+, it's definitely over-priced. It's a chair with annoying wings that serve no purpose. The pillows for lumbar/neck might be a bit too firm. Luckily, I have other pillows for lumbar/neck support that are way more comfortable. But I'll try and break these in for a few weeks.4/5 stars. Decide for yourself if you want to buy it, Amazon has a return policy, you don't have to work with the manufacture, it may be 30 days, but you'll know within 30 days if it'll work for you. Dis-assembly is taking off 12 screws, and separating the wheelbase from the seat base. That's it.

Unusable out of the box
This chair is unusable out of the box. One of the casters will not seat. I thought it was because there's a lip on the inside of that hole, but after drilling it out, still none of the casters will bottom out. I've tried taping with a rubber mallet, smacking it with a rubber mallet, using a short dowel to direct the force from the mallet, and rigging up a c-clamp to try and press it in. I've tried everything and none of the casters will seat. They all get stuck about a 1/2 inch out. I have zero expectation of getting help from support because they have historically been horrific at resolving issues.*UPDATE* I was directed to the manufacturer for support and was told this model has been discontinued for over 1 year and there are no replacement parts available for it, and my options are to contact the seller about returning for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately I cannot get the back of the seat off, so I'm just going to keep modifying the chair to try and make it usable/comfortable, or ultimately destroy it while trying. While waiting for a reply to support, I tried to figure out how to rig this chair to be usable and found the chair to be quite uncomfortable. Most notably the wings on the sides of the seat cushion, due to them being quite solid and unforgiving. I'm 5'11" & 350lbs and these wings dig into my outer thighs and are quite painful and annoying. I used to use a cheap rolling office chair and could sit and play for 12 to 14 hours with only a couple quick breaks. I can only sit in this chair for about 1.5 to 2 hours before needing to take a break and can only play for about 8 hours, which is really pushing it. The lumbar pillow and head rest were removed after the first hour which made the chair more comfortable to lean back in. Before that, my back would begin to hurt after about 10 minutes and I needed to take a break and lay down, which isn't normal for me, and caused me to try removing both of the pillows. I didn't bother attaching the armrests since I normally do not like chairs with them and have never used one with armrests while gaming, so I see no need to even try attaching the ones that came with this chair. Given the difficulties in assembly, lack of replacement parts, and inability to remove the back to return the chair, I will just keep modifying it to hopefully make it more usable and comfortable.Overall, I cannot recommend this chair. It is not very comfortable without making significant changes and because it's discontinued, there are no replacement parts.
