Easy to use and works brilliantly

Replaced an original remote which was basically worn out with several buttons failing to work consistently. This does not feel anyway near as robust or slick to use but for the money this is excellent value and all the buttons work the same as the original.Update: I originally gave this five stars and at the price then it seemed great value for money. However after just six months some of the buttons have started failing and the remote is no longer fit for purpose. The original remote lasted many years so even at the price I think it was reasonable to expect this one to last more than six months. Disappointedly I can no longer recommend this item.

Doe's what it says on the Tin works great almost exactly same as original remote

I wanted exactly the same remote to ensure everything could be operated. I had trouble tracking down the one I needed that wasn't ALMOST the same. However, I found this one for £12 with P&P. Ordered Friday, arrived Sunday and worked straight out of the package. I was a bit dubious as the other ones I looked at were £35 plus so thought this wouldn't be up to expectations. However, I am now a happy bunny again as I don't have to use the horrible remote that came with my BT box.

I am very pleased with this remote. Our previous Panasonic remote failed after a few years use, some of the buttons became unresponsive. This relacement is good quality. It has all the buttons in the same order as the previous one and was simple to set up. Overall, very satisfied.

Easy no brainer purchase. Put the required batteries in and away you go. No setting up required. All functions as the original remote at a fraction of the price of a genuine replacement.

Within a fortnight some buttons stopped working. Raised it as an issue when the volume, back button, and numerous numbers didn’t work, and was told it was out of warranty so they wouldn’t refund me, even though I purchased it less than a year ago and it was faulty. I would steer clear.
