I would have given it 5* if the supplied software was any good. Searched the net to get the updated software and it worked a treat. Its capable of so much. In fact, if you dont know what your doing you could program your vehicle into a fault mode. Best software for this is the Protool app by bimmergeeks

Didn't work for me.

No instructions, a CD rather than a file to download and the software is literally built to be difficult. Mostly in German and non of the job lists loaded. Total time suck, 2.5 hours down the drain and no further forward. So annoyed!

Have been using it for the past year as I first foray into beard dyeing. A friend had been using this brand for years and he recommended it to me. It's my first use for beard dye, before I never dyed my beard or hair. I noticed that I developed red spots all over my chest and now I'm thinking to replace it another brand but which one?

Finally found the perfect beard dye. This really doesn't stain your skin...I have even applied it using my bare fingers! Because it dyes the hair permanently (rather than wash out over time) and doesn't stain the skin, it allows me to keep my beard/stubble shorter - I trim my beard to 4-5mm, so pretty short. Just4Men's dye prevented me from keeping my beard that short because the stained skin that left a line along the cheak was really noticeable. Not the case with Bigens. Smells great and leaves beard soft too. Also, much less hassle washing dye off and clean up - this literally washes off with water alone, but recommended to use a little shampoo & rinse. No more scrubbing and multiple shampooing trying to get that green-black color off your skin! Lastly, ignore Bigen's packaging and dated look of their models...this stuff is bang up-to-date and works extremely well. Not sure why all the highstreet stores only stock J4M brand and not this as this is far superior. Bigen's: maybe you should change your dated packaging and brand awareness strategy. I just hope this never gets discontinued.

It's really bad it made my face all red had to shave my beard off it took 3 days to cool down. Put face cloth to cool it down and the cream to cool it. Never buy its again..hope that helps you out. If you have sensitive skin DO NOT BUY!!!!

Use for topping up color on my grey side burns and edges of hair. Colors in one go rather than other brands that require multiple applications for darkening.

All good, good quality and good colour but sad tubes are not full with the colour, filled with some air.This is not exception most of the tubes are like that.
