Since I started hip thrusts I've had huge green bruises on my hip bones. The squat pad wasn't cutting it, I couldn't increase weight because it hurt so much. This thing is amazing, I'm now thrusting 135lbs no bruising! Booty gains 😜

My trainer and I have been working for a week to figure out how we were going to make this less painful. After a couple hours worth of reading reviews, looking at what we had available and making it “work” after hitting 285lbs the barbell was just killing me so much so that I couldn’t do a full set without stopping to adjust.This was a game changer. It stayed in place, alieveated the pain and made it so my focus was on my muscles and not the burning sensation from the barbell.

This pad is really good. I’ve tried other items and there is no doubt this is one of the best so far. I’m able to lift heavier without putting so much strain on my hip area. I would recommend it to everyone.

This pad beats the competition! It doesn't do the annoying roll away that the squat sponges do. I only see one problem; Air Force camo! My fiancé is Army green beret 😂❤️

very comfy for hip thrusters. too large for my gym bag which is a bummer but I will carry it in separately because I enjoy using it so much
