Ease of installation and use
I would like to say this set up works great . Crisp clear picture easy to hook up on my trailer . Yeats ago I bought an expensive Voyager camera set up and 1 1/2 years later it got water inside and made it useless .. so Iโm trying this itโs way cheaper . I believe I spent 600.00 for that camera and screen . This camera and screen was 1/16 of the cost if I get 1 to 2 years I will be real happy, but this camera so far is supremely better . I had a question when I was setting it up so I reached out by e-mail and I got a answer immediately and they were over the top helpful and got me all dialed in and said reach out for anything I needed help with . And then followed up a couple of days later to check on me .. Now that is customer service .. again for a 1/16 of the cost .. these guys are great so glad I got my camera from them .

I LOVE this camera system!!
This is a fantastic camera system! It includes everything you need for installation and it works plug and play right out-of-the-box. It is super easy to install in various configurations and being wireless, you don't have to string wires to it. I used it for awhile with the one camera that it came with and I liked it so much that I decided to add a second camera to the system. I ordered the second camera and it arrived quickly. It was very easy to pair with the system and worked first time. Now I can look at the monitor and see camera 1, camera 2 or both cameras in a split screen. Two additional cameras can be added for a total of 4. It has a very intuitive menu system and even includes the ability to record. You can set it to record camera 1, camera 2 or both cameras. As long as it is powered up it will record even if the screen is turned off. It records to an SD card and uses a compression scheme that allows it to hold quite a bit of footage. You can set it to loop record and it will always have the most recent footage available in case you need to review it. The night vision is fantastic. Of course with night vision it is black and white using infrared lighting but it is extremely clear and will allow you to back up in complete darkness! The day vision is very vibrant and displays a great 1080 color picture. There are numerous mounting options available depending on your needs. There's an instruction sheet that includes all the information you need plus some additional online help. When I was testing this before installation, I took the camera into the basement and to the other end of the house just to see if I could get it to lose connection and it never did! In summary, this is a great system and I can highly recommend it!My philosophy is that, for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. I DON'T take into consideration prices or issues with shipping. I stick to a fair and honest evaluation of the product itself. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:***** Five stars - Exceeded my expectations. I really love it!**** Four stars - Met my expectations. I like it and recommend it.*** Three stars - Average- some pros but some notable cons.** Two stars - Disappointed- few pros and too many cons.* One star - Terrible! Stay away from it!I don't often give five stars for something unless I really love it, and I rarely give one star. Hopefully this helps you to understand why I gave my star rating to this product. Thanks for reading my review! I hope it has helped you.

Good value for a backup camera but NOT a wide angle view. Helps you back up but not much else.
Worked out the box as described and all parts were an exact fit. Plugged it in, turned it on and it connected quickly.Install was simple as my RV had a Furrion mount (no cam) already in place . You remove a small plate from the existing mount. Attach the camera U bracket to a metal plate that matches the plastic plate taken off the Furrion mount. Connect the power extension cord and squeeze it behind the metal plate provided with this camera. Screw the metal plate on to the Furrion mount. Connect the power cord to the camera and squeeze into the hole in the metal plate, then attach the camera to the bracket.Once installed, plug the monitor in and a few seconds later the camera picture appears. If using the existing Furrion hookup your RV running lights must be on to power the camera. Adjust the camera view angle to suit. This is definitely NOT a wide angle view. If you want to see the bumper the viewing area extends to maybe 10-15 feet behind it. On the monitor you can zoom in, but not out, which isn't very useful. The picture quality is ok, but like most wireless cams it does not have a high refresh rate. The in-motion lag means you can't really watch while driving down the road but it does the job for backing up and giving you a view of what's behind you. Compared to the Furrion at 5 times the price, this seems like a good solution for a backup cam. If you want multiple cams with high speed refresh you're going to spend quite a bit more.

Seeing where you have been
Overall a great product, easy to install and has a great picture resolution. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because the signal between the camera and the screen at times is lost and the image either gets frozen or disappears for a few seconds

GREAT Yakry backup camera system and a MUST HAVE for your RV!!
GREAT Yakry backup camera system and a MUST HAVE for your RV!!Product works very well and is as easy to install as advertised. The installation instructions are clearly documented and provide the step by step approach for an easy installation. If your RV/trailer has a Furrion mounting base the provided hardware and wiring makes it easy to install the camera. As shown in the attached photo of my monitor screen, I adjusted my camera so I can see the back of my trailer (spare tire in photo) and then the view for about 25 feet beyond the back of the trailer. Very good for backing into camp sites and knowing where my trailer ends or for seeing vehicles behind me in my side rear view mirror blind spot. Iโm very pleased with the ease of installation, quality of the video display, menu setting features and price of this product. Highly recommend this product.

Excellent camera
I've had this camera for one year. It is an easy install. I removed the Furrion plate from our trailer and it's a direct plug-in. I added electrical tape so it would not become disconnected and to help keep water out of the connection. I used stainless steel lock washers so the bolts stay tight and rust free. The screen is large and easy to see. I can also see 1-2 lanes on either side of me which eliminates the need for extended truck mirrors. The color is unbelievable. Crisp and clear. You must manually adjust the camera to your liking, meaning how far behind your unit you would like visible. Move the camera up or down, jump back in your unit and see if that distance works for you. It took me twice to get it dialed in but after that, I've never touched the camera. Some people like seeing just their hitch, some like seeing the vehicles behind you. NOTE: Make sure you are plugged into the trailer and your headlights are on. This is a great camera and is superior to the stock Furrion system at less than 1/2 the price.

Amazing RV Backup Camera System For the Price
I normally don't write product reviews but I was truly impressed with this RV Backup camera system. I had a Voyager RV camera with a 4.3 in monitor and somehow damaged the monitor beyond repair. Voyager wanted over $250 to replace just the monitor alone. I found this system on Amazon for a great price and decided to take a chance.Out of the box, I was impressed with the quality of the system components. It came with a variety of wires, cables and connectors for almost any installation configuration. I really like the added test cable so you can set the monitor and camera up in your car before installation and test/configure it. The monitor and camera are pre-paired at the factory so they came up immediately when powered on. As a bonus, it also came with a suction cup monitor mount for the windshield.I placed the monitor in my truck above the center screen and mounted the camera on the Voyager base plate. I drilled two mounting holes through the Voyager base plate and another larger hole for the power wires then attached the camera to the camper with two provided screws. I clipped the old power wires and connected the new camera with the press on connectors provided in the box. I tucked all the wires and connectors into the large hole and sealed it with a little silicon adhesive. The total installation time was under 15 minutes.I applied power and the units paired within 5 seconds. The picture is beautiful, crystal clear and high resolution. I was impressed with the filed of view from the back of the camper. I can see areas on the left and right of the camper that were never visible with the 4.3 in screen . My camper is 30 ft long and there were no issues with signal transmission. I have the dual antennas behind the monitor pointed down so it fits nicely on the dash. Works great.I'm not on the road at night so I can't comment about the night vision capabilities.Give this system a try before spending big bucks for a Furrion or Voyager Backup system. You are not going to be disappointed.

YAKRY selected over AMTIFO
I was happy to replace my 6-year-old Furrion camera and display that had low resolution and a display I could not read while wearing polarized sunglasses when driving. Sure enough, after six years a better backup camera system is out there. The only good thing about the old Furrion camera was its microphone that let me clearly hear the person directing me behind the trailer saying, โno, no, the other way!โ Alas, the new low-cost models have no microphone but dramatically better resolution.I bought the YAKRY and AMTIFO systems on Amazon because of their price and the resolution. I selected and installed the YAKRY even though I think it looks a bit odd having the YAKRY camera sticking out from the back of the trailer. I liked how inobtrusive the white AMTIFO camera would look on the back of my trailer but found the display AMTIFO requires you to go through menu options to turn the guidelines on/off while the YAKRY has a V button on the display to do this with one click. The signal strength is strong over the 50 feet distance between the camera on back of my 33โ bumper-pull trailer and the cab of my F250 truck. The windshield mount included with the Yakry is useless! It screws to the bottom of the display and cannot get the display facing forward at the correct angle. The display does have a slot on the back for a windshield mount with a square nut that slides into the slot. I bought a Pixelman suction cup mount on Amazon for about $15 and it works fine. The YAKRY is plug and play with the old Furrion mount and wiring. However, the Furrion connector was at the end of three feet of wire (!) jammed into the camera mount hole on the back of my trailer and there was no room for the additional short Furrion adaptor cable. I cut my trailer wire and spliced in a short section of the provided YAKRY cable to complete the installation.I recommend the YAKRY system and found it a big improvement over the old Furrion camera and display. And now that it's installed, I donโt mind how it looks jutting out from the back of my trailer!

Awesome camera at reasonable price!
Awesome! Installed on our Grand Design Imagine 21BHE and it was a simple 25min job. The RV is prewired for Furrion but the Yakry comes with adapters. Works great with good resolution and wide coverage. Makes backing the trailer into tight areas much less stressful and eliminates the need for multiple spotters while doing so. Monitor is easy to view during bright days and resolution was good in shaded areas and while backing after sunset. Looking forward to installing a side view camera for highway driving. If safety is a concern with your RV while backing this camera will definitely ease any concerns. Thx, great product at reasonable price!

Highly Recommended
The camera and monitor were packaged securely. Included is a wide range of cables and fixings to cope with most configurations. The quality of the items is impressive. The screen resolution is HD and very clear. The camera feed is up to the demands of the screen. The fitting instructions are clear. The monitor and camera can be tested using the power plug with a splitter cable, which is a nice touch. The adjustments to the camera and monitor are comprehensive, easy to understand and to work through. The camera can act as a dash cam and record to an SD card, not supplied, located in the monitor. You have to format the card in the monitor before use. However it is a little unclear when this has been completed as there is no dialogue telling you.I fitted the camera under the rear valance of my 8 mt caravan, routing a separately purchased power cable to the leisure battery at the front of the caravan. Due to the size of the monitor, and the dash configuration of my car, a large SUV, I put the monitor on the passenger side using the windscreen mount. Careful siting is needed to ensure that the monitor obscures the windscreen to a minimum. The windscreen mount is a bit fiddly but holds the monitor solidly, with plenty of adjustment possible.I had a query about a free gift mentioned in the instruction manual. My query was responded to very quickly as were subsequent emails. I got the impression that, if there were questions about the system, the company would be equally responsive. On the first journey out using the system, I towed for over 4 hours over motorways and A & B roads. The screen clarity was excellent with the signal strength high and rock solid. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this system.
