I like this water dispenser.Comments made in reviews have easy remedies!Do not tighten the lid as it creates a vacuum and the water doesn't flow. Leave it loose. Any water dispenser will have this vacuum issue. Drilling a hole in the top cover is not necessary and is unsanitary.The container itself is thin compared to water bottle delivery companies. The price is right. I fill with drinking water refilled at water dispensers with my reuseable gallon jugs and then fill this unit. It never leaves my counter top. No issue with breakage. If you do take it to a water dispenser to fill, it will break as it is really not for this purpose.The spigot did drip slightly when I first filled it, as I was watching for this. Plumbers use plumbers tape for this reason. It is not a design flaw!I liked mine so much, I ordered another for my bathroom to dispense drinking water, too.I may buy another for the other end of my home for convienence.

It's a space saver in the frig and it works great. Just make sure you hand tighten the spout before filling it up with whatever liquid you put in it. Mine felt a little loose out of the box, so I tightened it. No leaks. Not a drip.

Save yourself the stress and find something better! We just got this in yesterday and it has completely leaked all of the water out of it twice now. We made sure all of the caps were screwed tight and there doesn’t appear to be any cracks. Currently mopping up 2 gallons of water out of our fridge and floor- great way to start the day! Don’t bother with this one..

This dispenser is quite useful. It holds a good amount of water and really reduces my trips to the kitchen if you keep it close to you bed. Especially in the morning when you want to drink 2-3 glasses of water after waking up.The nozzle is of reasonable quality as well though it is still a bit of a cheap plastic.Since it holds a lot of water and it becomes very heavy when fully filled with water, the handle comes in very handy in carrying it around. That is super convenient.It is translucent so you will always know the level of water in it and can refill it when necessary.A couple of things which aren't good about this. The plastic is a bit flimsy. So when it is full to capacity, it is quite easy to be bended and its not very sturdy. Not a huge deal though, you can live through itbif you always use the handle to carry it around. When you are dispensing water from it continuously, the flow of the water keeps receding. That is because air has to enter into this container for water to come out. And there's no air inlet if the lid is tightly closed. So you will have to loosen the lid to let the water flow freely. Again a minor gripe onlyOverall still satisfied with this product.

I buy these for my FRONT LOADER WASHER. they dispense the laundry detergent and fabric softener directly above the drawer. The SLIMLINE ones work great and line up perfectly
