Nice nonstick vessel...
Nonstick surface working fine with no food sticking to the bottom despite using less amount of cooking oil. Hv bn cooking in it regularly at least once daily every day for last one month since I bought it.The handles are bolted to kadai with durable grip. The lid is nice and properly fits the mouth. The bottom is round but shallow, so good for both deep fry and shallow fry. No induction base.The red color has come off slightly but that didn't affect the nonstick coating.Some suggestions for better maintenance - Clean it with a mild soap like hand wash and not dishwasher detergent as they are harsh for nonstick surfaces. Use nylon scrubs like the one provided with this, not scotch brite scrubs. Never wash it while it's still hot, let it cool first. Use wooden spatulas or ladles only, not metallic ones.

Good product
Great kadhai for making one kilo of vegetable. 28 inches pan, 4 litre capacity, 2.6mm thickness.

Looks like non-stick, but does not work like one
As soon as it was delivered, I gently rub the coating and it was not smooth as a non stick should be. There is a soft grainy feel. I still wanted to try it out. The bottom sticks even when adequate oil is put. I cannot return it since it is used. Regrets!

Good product....but delivered in bad shape...
Product is as described and value for money...but it was bent from one side, like something heavy was kept on it or it was squeezed within other packages...
