I purchased EmeTerm’s motion sickness wristband for flights and cruise trips. My motion sickness on flights can be pretty bad, but this wristband really helps keep it under control. When I first bought it, it came with a nonslip silicone retainer watch buckle ring holder, which unfortunately fell off easily, and I ended up losing it. I reached out to EmeTerm via email, and they quickly sent me their upgraded version of the straps with a matching color buckle ring holder.Some companies are difficult to reach, but EmeTerm’s customer service was very responsive and worked to resolve the issue promptly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and their support.

Thank god for these little pieces of plastic. I have the old style band and it wouldn’t stay closed. These are life savers. The bracelet works so good that I think I will upgrade to the newer design (with better strap) in blue.

These are a must. They make the band smudge and secure.

Great, at first they sell this gadget with the band that does not secure and does not secure tight enough , many people lost it the first day they wore it. Now charging people that got screwed another $7.00 for a piece of plastic to secure the defective band. The problem is that because of the stupid band design you still can't wear it close to your wrist for the gadget to work, even with the $7.00 plastic piece. Shame on you Eme Term.

I haven't had to use the bands because once I get it on its really secure. The problem is getting it on. VERY difficult to do one handed because it has to be tight enough to make a good connection. Very glad to hear they are working on a new design and are offering it to previous buyers for free when released.
