At first I thought mine didn't come with a mirror but it's def there! I just had to scratch HARD at the frosted film over it to get it off. Please try that at least before returning. It really looks like just a buff plastic silver, but trust me it's a film. Scratch hard enough, you'll get it off. Anyway, it looks sturdy enough and holds a lot of foundation but I wish it actually didn't because I only intend to fill it when I have events. I don't really need to carry foundation with me on a regular basis so a more shallow reservoir and thinner sponge would work for me. I may actually try to replace the sponge with a thinner one. GREAT though if you really want to carry a ton of foundation with you to do your makeup on the go on a daily basis. I'm also keeping mine in a plastic Ziploc bc I'm worried about it drying out. Either way, it's exactly as pictured and does what it says.

i always used to apply my foundation with a beauty blender which took up a lot of time, but this makes it almost 10x my quicker bc it’s already got the foundation ready and the blender at hand. it’s easy to use, and super cute and travel sized. i would say though that it’s easier to get more if u remove the little rim around the sponge inside, but it works really well and it makes the application look so natural!

I had been interested in cushion foundations for a while but remained skeptical because of the limited number of color options and the tiny quantity of product that they contain. So I made my own! Since I am a pale cool muted olive that the beauty industry largely ignores, I make my own custom foundation by mixing a tinted moisturizer, a matte drugstore foundation in the correct lightness and a drugstore green primer, each about 1/3. This gives perfect, natural, light coverage that does not look like foundation at all! The dispenser prevents too much product being dispensed at once so it's almost impossible to overapply. Best of all, it's cheap! Do not hesitate if you are an unusually pigmented person. You can mix until you find your perfect formula and you need not buy another expensive foundation that doesn't work ever again.

Does what it is intended to. Negatives are that it required a ton of product to get sponge wet enough for it to seep through to the applicator when pressing in and also is not completely airtight so the product you do add to it dries out quickly. Also, pretty small applicator and sponge area, so it's better used for a touch up backup makeup supply rather than for using daily for a full face of foundation. I've tried using different products in here just to be sure, but all dry out super quickly.

super nice cushion case. perfect if you want to use a cushion case but want to use a foundation/bb cream that is in a pump container. sturdiness: 10/10 i dropped it right when i got it lol and it’s study! style: 10/10 i love the sleek and classy colors. functionality: 9/10 i love this cushion case - to open it you just push ur finger in on the button part, no pulling or hurting your fingers -the cushion is perfect to fit in a small purse like a shoulder bag -it works really well and does it’s job. one thing i would say is if it has a mirror it would be perfect!

Purchased a two-pack of these and both closure clasps broke so that they no longer stay closed. It's is very cheaply made.

I use this when im on the go and the size isn’t big so you can fit it in your purse or backpack. The performance is very durable, I still use it even though I bought it a while ago. The color is white, nothing has chipped either. I put my own foundation in it as well.

This is the perfect size and will be great to travel with, being refillable I can keep topping up with my favourite foundation.

I bought this for a few reasons. 1. I had two foundations that were not quite the perfect colour so I mixed them together to make the perfect colour. 2. I wanted to try this type of dispenser and I’m not disappointed at all. 3. I find using this type of dispenser much cleaner than bottles etc. overall I’m happy with this so far. Hoping it does not dry out quicker than in a bottle.
