The characteristics say that it is firm but it doesn't have enough filling for my taste. But for my surprise they still comfortable.

These pillows are far from ‘Medium firm support’ as listed. You’ll need to use both to get any support at all. The pictures in this listing are totally deceiving, the real pillows have hardly any feathers and I’m sure there’s no ‘goose down’ at all. Disappointed.

I’m like Goldilocks with these pillows - 66xsomethingx5cm were flat as pancakes. 74xsomethingx4 equally rather lacking and flat under head. But then 50x76 were perfect!Confusing, as the ones stating “medium” I found were too soft and really not filled enough. However the giant 50x76 fit snuggly and hold their shape in our standard uk pillowcases. Yet they still feel like sleeping in clouds, but with support!If you want a hotel type pillow that doesn’t go flat- go big with 50x76!
