Bohin Applique Needles, Size 11, 20-Pack

I'm usually a fan of another famous brand needles and someone challenged me to try these and not like them. Took the challenge and lost! These are very nice needles.

These needles have eyes that are so small! It's impossible for me to see the eyes without resorting to magnification. They came with a sticker directly over the back of the package -- a sticker that could only be removed by tearing the package. So, the package, which normally would close like an envelope, is already in shreds. It's falling apart in my sewing bag, and the needles are annoying to use. I'm not thrilled with the purchase. Alas.

Light weight and thing making nice tiny stitches perfect for English paper piecing

I’m a beginner at needle turn appliqué so take this review with that in mind. I kept practicing but was unhappy with my projects because I’m also a perfectionist. I took some advice from a Pinterest tutorial and tried these needles and silk thread. Almost instantly my projects look nearly perfect. I’ve used these needles without the silk thread if I need a color that I don’t have in silk and the results are still much better than before. Also, though the eye of the needles are still small like all appliqué needles for some reason they are a bit easier to thread. I’m very pleased and won’t feel the need to hide future projects in my closet.

The wire used to make these is fine so I keep bending them.

Used these for appliqué and they worked very nice. Sharp and sturdy.

Use this to mend grandchildren clothing and turned out great.

These needles are very sharp, thin and slip through cotton fabric easily. I would buy these again.
