4 years in the Army and 6 years in the Marine Corps left me with a partially torn ACL, LCL and MCL ligaments and my PCL is completely torn. My knee cartilage is torn in two places, (one grade 2 and one grade 2-3) I have an enlarged Plica,a Baker’s cyst on the back of the knee and there is tendinosis on the patella, chrondomalacia, and knee synovitis. Some days my knee throbs, some days it hurts, some days it screams at me. Lucky for me, there's no arthritis, and the meniscus is not torn, but other than that - the only way to make my knee worse, according to my ortho surgeon, would be to stick it in a blender and feed it to a shark.I've had knee surgery, and lots of shots over the last few years but the only thing that really works is ice and ice therapy. The polar iceman is the best tool, by far, for ice therapy. It is the best tool on earth and some days, the polar iceman is the only reason I can walk. It is also probably saving me from having to get knee replacement.I highly recommend it.SO - this the third one that I have bought in the last 3 years. I use mine about 2-3 days each week most weeks. Some weeks I dont use it at all, and some weeks I use it every day, twice a day. This unit will last almost exactly one year, to the day, and I know I will need to buy another one. I dont know why they die each year - or why they seem to last between 360 and 370 days, without fail. I would love to find one that lasts for 3 or 4 years, but until someone makes that version, I will keep buying these. $170 for a year of walking is a tremendous bargain. I'd buy them if they were twice the price.

Living in a very dry environment it makes for the yuckies in my lungs when the dogs bring all the dark clouds in. This certainly helps break everything up and get everything out. It helps control dry coughs as well.

LOVE THIS CLEANSE! It cleans me out, makes me lose water weight, makes me feel good, and makes me feel good! Life is better with this cleanse. I do the cleanse every couple of months. It's amazing.

The product is great. But one of the bottoms was busted and the comet got all over everything that was packaged with it through the shipping process. So instead of four full containers it ended up being 3. Works great on hard water stains on glass shower doors and smells great!!

This stuff works great and tastes delicious. I have used it plain out of the package as a gel and have also mixed it in a plain unflavored protein shake for that perfect post workout combination of carbs and protein. Will definitely buy it again.

I love the product, but the knock-out wasn't scored adequately and the lid broke on two of the three containers.
