Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. You can't beat the price when compared to smaller bottles at grocery stores and other places. I figured it would not be the best quality given the large size and low price, but I can honestly say it is a top tier blue food coloring. Took only a few drops to color an entire gallon of liquid. The coloring is not watered down or diluted. The color is bold, solid, and consistent. An 8 oz. bottle should easily sell for twice as much. Good quality. Great price.

I'm actually using this as fountain pen ink, to refill the pens I've given my students as prizes. (They are required to do "first try" work in blue and correct in red). It flows beautifully and is a lovely vivid color- and hasn't irrevocably stained any children (or their stuff). An excellent find for my purposes.

Seems like decent food coloring, but I didnt even try it- I wanted to write a review in case anyone was considering using this as a selective herbicide marking dye- it does not perform well. Carry on with the baked goodies, though!

I bought this product for my daughter to bake a cake for a birthday party. The color was absolutely beautiful! One of my grandchildren wanted a Blue Velvet Birthday cake rather than a Red Velvet Birthday cake for her 10th birthday. Wow! The recipe required 2 fluid ounces of food coloring, the cake was a huge hit! We will certainly use this product again.

I bought this to color my white chocolate for chocolate covered strawberries and it made the chocolate hard and unable to dip the strawberries nicely. Don't recommend buying it if that's what you will want it for.
