Transparent, doesn't look like the picture
On the bright side, the material was nice and soft and I do like the way it moves. However, the skirt was not see through in the picture and i ordered it based on that. I wanted more of a split maxi that i could wear all day, not just at the beach. The waistband is not as thick and the skirt part is transparent, a bit more so than chiffon. It is kind of pretty, just not for me.For reference, I'm 125 lbs and 5'4". The skirt went to my ankles and fit my hips like low waisted jeans would. The waist band doesn't have much stretch.

not a one-size-fit-all not a free size
It says one-size-fit-all because the waist is elastic but it only extends past maybe a size 6 us my daughters are size 8 and she had to kind of push her way through the waistband part of it so that is not correct the size is not a free size I'm a lot bigger than my daughter and I bought it for me and she's a size 8 and it didn't hardly fit her
