This thing is built like a tank. It is so sturdy, you can put lots of heavy stuff in it. The zippers are big and strong, no issues with them at all. I have traveled all over the place with this backpack and have used it daily for three years. The only downside is it doesn't have a waist belt like some backpacks, so all the weight goes on your shoulders. It has two large laptop sleeves and a tablet sleeve. There is even room for 2-3 additional laptops in the center compartment, or clothes, or books, etc. If you're a computer nerd like me and have a bunch of laptops and batteries to carry, it's awesome. I'm looking into a waist support that I can sew onto it. I wish the manufacturer had a model with a waist belt but I wasn't able to find one. It is also comfortable. I'm tall (6'7") and it fits nice. Does not feel small.

Plenty more space and more compartments than any backpack that I have ever had. Perfect for work travel which I have done for 25 years. I love that I can now remove my laptop with out removing clothes and other items to get to the laptop.

My kiddo carries to much stuff on her back and this is our second backpack this year. She loves it because of all the pockets. I love it because it is strong enough to last.

UPDATE: adding 1 star for Outstanding customer service! The seller contacted me after I posted my review offering a refund or replacement. The Amazon return window had already closed; it was 4.5 months after purchase. Within a few days a new backpack was delivered. Hopefully the new will not come apart.The backpack seemed well made and is very spacious. It was used by a high schooler for books. After only 4 months of use, the shoulder strap had begun to come apart as has the side strap that crosses over the side pocket and clips in front. Pics attached. For the price, I would have expected the item to last a while longer. I will be lucky if it makes it through one semester or half a school year. Disappointing.

This backpack is of excellent quality and has so many small and large compartments and pockets. I travel a lot and I needed to replace another excellent brand of backpack that finally began to tear at the handle. I took a chance and thought that this one might offer more, and I was not disappointed in the least. I am very happy that I selected this backpack. Highly recommended!

Just received this backpack today and immediately stuffed it with what I probably will need for a 3-day trip. I still need to work with the placement of items. I think I rated it 4 star on capacity, which I think is 45 L. The backpack itself only states 17". The pack is well made and lined for water resistance. Using a spray water bottle, water rolled off and did not soak in. A torrential rain might be something else. Also the zipper channels are lined. What I don't understand is why the back most compartment has sleeves for laptops and devices, but it is the center compartment that has a USB cord and out side connection. I didn't have a laptop that wasn't all hooked up, so I used my computer's USB connection to power the backpack connection and then my Logitech headphones charging cord to charge my headphones. Test here was to ensure continuity and it worked flawlessly. There are at least 8 zippered compartments.Big ones have double zippers allowing small padlocks to secure them easily. The back-most compartment has an intersecting ring through which a small padlock can fit (size equivalent to that found on luggage). Pack is nicely padded. There are cloth loops in various places for looping cords, etc. though (these are about pencil-sized diameter.). This backpack has a heavy duty handle positioned center top. The backpack straps are about 3" across and nicely padded. What you don't find and this is a big plus are those multiple straps with plastic connectors that get caught in conveyor belts. Each side of the back has the Nylon net bottle holders. There is a headphones access point center top. There may be other features I haven't yet discovered. My back is black with red trim. Oh, the front most small compartment has a place for pens and paper and a key ring. I think I will be very happy with this backpack.

Due to my frequent flying on my job, I struggled with my carry-on suitcase and briefcase holding my laptop, cables and docs when I needed to show ID and boarding pass to get through security and at the gate. I noticed others using a backpack which left a free hand. I bought this backpack and it is terrific! The pocket holding the backpack is well padded and with the many pockets, it holds everything including my clothes and shaving/shower gear. And the charging port is wonderful! My phone was low and I needed to eat so at an airport eatery, I plugged in my phone to my backpack and charged it up. It was beyond fantastic! I highly recommend this backpack. I’ve only used it twice so I don’t know about durability yet, but it seems very strong so far.

I've had this backpack nearly three years now.It's held up great, fitting my plus-size body (3x).Enough compartments that function well.At this point, three years in, one of the dividers for laptop section has gotten a bit soft, but still functions. Also, not long after I got it, the rubber covering over steel handle broke and eventually came off. However, the steel handle is still fully in place and functioning perfectly.The cushioning on back is not too hot during height of summer.BONUS: unexpectedly, the cushioning also doubles as my "fall protection" - I have slipped in winter, and although one wouldn't expect a backpack to function this way, I've actually been able to use the backpack to kneel on, to get up from ice and snow. I actually always wear backpack in all weather when walking, specifically for this bonus function.

The backpack is as advertised and is amazing. Super spacious, water proof, so much storage and extremely well built. TSA friendly features for checkin.

Very roomy. Plenty of room for school books, computer and everything a high school student needs.

Heaps of compartments. Good for traveling. Exactly what I wanted. Outer material looks tough. Not sure about inner material as I haven’t used it much yet.

I got this laptop backpack as my workplace has mandated us to return to the office in person 2 days per week where we have to book a new workspace every time and only have access to day lockers. No place to store stuff so I needed a bag that could fit not only my laptop but also lunch, water bottle, shoes and whatever else I need for a day in the office. The laptop compartment is well-padded and secured with a Velcro strap and has room for a full-sized binder, cellphone, tablet and more. The main compartment is large enough to fit two-three days worth of clothes for business trips. There's a cool compartment inside for your power bank ,complete with a connecting USB cable in case you need to charge and use your phone as you're travelling. The net side pockets are wide and deep enough to hold a good size coffee travel mug. There is also a zippered pocket between your back and the bag where you can keep your passport or cash as it's hidden from potential pick-pocketers. The adjustable shoulder straps are very comfortable and the top carry handle comes in handy if you find yourself in a packed bus or venue and have to take it off your shoulders. I've had mine for 7 months now and it still looks like the day I bought it. It is very sturdy and durable. Highly recommend this product.
