Brings back great vacation memories
This past summer, when on vacation in Alaska, I asked the cook at one of the restaurant what seasoning was used on the French fries, as they were so tasty--but not just salted. He showed me this container of spice mix. I have since used it on fish, chicken, pork chops, fries, and most recently roasted pumpkin seeds. I call it my "not so secret" ingredient. It adds just the right amount of zip!

I’m a chef (now unemployed) and I used to use this seasoning a lot. It’s very versatile! It’s great mixed into burger meat with diced cheddar for delicious bbq burgers! Just wish they sold a smaller size

Good spice but hard to find.
This product is one I have used several times and really enjoy using. I bought off amazon this time because I could no longer find this in stores in my area. Still a fair price and good value though getting it this way.

Bought this on a whim. It’s amazing. I use it as a rub on chicken and then put it on the griddle. Nice, earthy with a subtle tang. Glad I bought the big bottle and will be buying this all the time as a go to seasoning.
