Compelling jerky/real food hybrid
This is quite possibly the most compelling hybrid between jerky and real food that I've tried. Of course, it's not as tender or juicy as fresh pulled pork, but it's still quite tender for a jerky-like product and the flavor is very nice. It's quite passable as a drier version of the real thing.Another really nice point about this product is that it does not contain any celery juice or other "natural" methods of adding nitrates/nitrites that are no less carcinogenic (and quite possibly more, due to lack of regulation) than "artificial" sodium nitrate additives.

I am not sure I'd call it jerky, but I would call it delicious
Really tender, delicious meat with a terrific flavor with sweet tang and heat. It's not trivial to eat from the bag since it does have small bits that leave your hands messy, but I'm only mildly ashamed to say I've been pouring this into my mouth from the bag because it tastes so nice.

IT WAS A GOOD TASTE BUT NOT MUCH INSIDE

good!
This is good. There just isn't enough in one bag. Also, it could be messy since it is like dried up pulled pork.

Excellent Quality
I am not much of a meat eater; but, this is something I can grab on the go and feel like I am not just eating junk food!

*Celiac beware*
*Celiac beware*The taste and quality was ok with the one bag I tried. I was excited to try it because usually bbq is a no go for me but the bag stated gluten free. However, I did have a pretty strong reaction to this. So while it may be under the us standard to meet gluten free labeling, I would beware if you’re are especially sensitive to gluten.

Don’t think it’s like Oberto’s original BBQ Pork Jerky!
Nothing at all like Oberto’s original BBQ Pork Jerky, which is my all-time favorite but had to find. This was fatty, stringy, and too dry (the flavor was okay if you can live with the other 3). I wish I hadn’t bought two bags. Big disappointment.
