Bearington Scout Plush Stuffed Animal Black Bear Teddy, 16"

I love this bear! He's exactly what I was looking for. If you're interested, I'd go ahead and get him. He looks exactly like the pictures. :)I'm normally not into teddy bears, more so other plush animals, but I was debating getting the Black Bear Squishable because he's really adorable. I liked the more realistic snout and sweet smile but the big Squishables are a bit expensive and take up a lot of room, so I decided to look at some other options on Amazon. There were several more realistic bears, on all fours and such, but I liked that Scout has a more teddy bear body while still having that cute little snout.As others have said, Scout can do a headstand (as long as his back is supported by something like a chair.) His head is flatter on top and sticks out more in the back, closer to how an actual bear's would, more wedge-shaped, which I thought looked funny at first but it's become more unique and endearing than the squashed heads of other bears. He also has that wonderful smile and gorgeous brown eyes.Scout's fur is soft without being super soft but it's not a detraction (I think I like him better than my Snuffles, who is a bit too warm outside of winter.) His feet, front paws/hands, and bottom are all weighted with little beads. Initially, I didn't think this would matter much but I keep going back to him because he's just heavy enough to feel perfect in my arms. He feels substantial and floppy at the same time.The shiny bow around his neck is the perfect touch (I actually worry I'll mess it up while hugging him, but so far it hasn't come undone and I haven't needed to spruce up the loops.) He'd make a great gift! :)

This bear is a great size, perfect for toting around whether young or young at heart. He has very long limbs, but he's soft. The funny thing is that you can actually pose him in the headstand. Great color, stitched well and cute expressive face. Finding a cute black bear isn't easy so he was a great addition to my collection! Fast shipping and I would certainly buy this as a gift for anyone who loves teddy bears!

Love this bear. Beautiful black. Extra soft. I collect bears. I bought this one for my birthday. I also made bears to sell to collectors for seven years and this one is quality, ears to toes. Super cute!

This bear is adorable! I am going to use him for a decoration in the summer in a camping display but anyone would love to cuddle up with this cutie.

Very disappointed its super duper small. I was buying it for my son he stated he wanted a huge teddy bear for valentines day. It looks huge on the picture and someone else's review however its tiny.

The bear is way smaller than expected.

Bought this bear to go with flowers for Valentines Day. High quality bear and is just as described. Grandson sleeps with it every night. A+++ and would buy again if I needed another one.
