Really Comfortable
The chair provides excellent support all the way up the spine. I'm 6'2" and the head support raises enough for my head. I reversed the arms in order to set them back more so I could get closer to my desk. I also wish that the arms were more stable to stay where you adjust them – like being able to lock them in place. I also added a desk chair pillow to compensate for the front bar problem mentioned in a number of critiques.

Head rest does not move forward enough
Not as comfortable as expected, the head rst sits to far back back to work well. Chair is ok, save mobey and not get the head rest.
