The quality of the product looked good ( I didn't open the package) and I would have been happy to use the product, but the color did not match the color in the picture so I had to return it as it did not match my hair. I was disappointed to return it but I had no choice. I would have been happy to return it for another color but they did not have enough color choices to match my hair, so I was left with no choice but to return it. They also deduct around $10 for the return, plus the return shipping cost leaves you with a lot less money for the return, so be aware of that before you buy. It would be great if they could expand their color choices so that the customer does not get penalized for the lack of color choices, especially since matching hair online is not the easiest thing to do. I will now go through a company I have used before which is awesome so I do not anticipate issues with them.

If I could give this a 10 I would! I have orderd real hair, synthetic hair and wasn’t happy with them! This pony tail is so easy to put in and easy to wear! It looks like it’s my real hair!!! People never believe me when I tell them it’s fake. Can’t beat it for the price!

Loooooooove it. Can be cut to desired length. Can be used high for Hollywood pony look, wrapped in chinon, all kinds of uses.
