I have seen these types of products for years but I was skeptical. I ordered this elbow sleeve as an add on and for less than the price of a cup of coffee I though I'd give it a try. I have been plagued by tendonitis for months. I used the sleeve overnight and oh what a difference! The relief is unbelievable. I think I will continue to use the sleeve for a while yet in hopes I might achieve long term relief. Sizing, I am a woman and I generally wear a woman's 1X top. I bought the large and it was exactly right for me.

I picked this light compression sleeve up because I bought one from Copper Compression that I liked and wanted an extra one so I could use it when the other was dirty. I looked for one where I got it before but they didn't have a color I wanted. I was lucky and got this comparable sleeve in black for less than $6 vs the $13 I paid for the other one back in April of last year. Both are extremely comfortable and lightweight, although I think I prefer this one because I think the top elastic is a bit larger so it doesn't really dig in to my bicep, but it isn't loose enough to slide down. Both have about equal compression and comparable length and the Copper Compression one boast having zinc as well as copper infused, however I haven't noticed a major difference between wearing the two.Just to make it clear, these are light compression for light support of a sore elbow, not for a major injury. Depending on how sore my elbow is I sometimes just wear this at night and sometimes when I go out and do stuff during the day. The only con I have is that it messes with my tan during the summer.

I’ve several elbow compression sleeves, mostly thicker, substantial ones, neoprene blends, etc. but I always like to have a thin, lightweight one, & most are too small/tight for my arm regardless how large of a size they come. So there’s always trial & error involved, when buying online, I recommend this brand to those of you who are on the bigger side like me. Very comfy, not too constricting although firm enough that it provides good amt of compression. I wear all the time, & it doesn’t bug me. It’s pretty long too. And the top part may roll back a smidge but it’s not annoying as that most of the time can be. I go to the golf range 1-2 times a week, & I forget I’m wearing it.*The logo which isn’t big, peels off, but does not affect its usefulness or looks at all.*

So I will admit I was a tad skeptical about the sleeve relieving much pain but it does work pretty good. I have elbow tendonitis from weightlifting and the sleeve does relieve a fair amount of the pain. I don't know if I would call this a "supportive" sleeve and am actually going to buy something with more substance for support. With that being said I still like the sleeve to wear outside the gym, while I'm doing cardio, but not when I'm actually lifting. It does give a nice cooling feeling and does relieve the lingering pain in my elbow. It is cheap so I actually bought a second one.Four stars for a good product but does feel a little cheap and I question the longevity of this. Also described as supportive and I don't think that is accurate. It does relieve pain though which is why I bought it.

I bought this because Ive heard about the benefits of copper. I had tennis elbow for over a year now and have had about 6 steroid shots. It goes away with every shot for about a month or so and it just always comes back. So I decided to try something new this time and after using the sleeve for over a week now. It is improving. It feels so much better that I can actually do planks now. No more painful steroid shots for me! I am one happy camper!

I bought 2 of these for the cost since I wasn't quite sure what I was going to need. They work pretty well. I only needed some extra support and did not want something to bulky, just something to wear under my uniform. I would like a little more compression but this sleeve is so light weight and it is supportive. For the price, you really can't beat it.

I can't make a real judgement on the value of the copper in the sleeve (in all honesty I don't think anyone really can because there is too much of a chance of placebo effect in there)... BUT... as a compression sleeve itself it worked great and has held up in the 6+ months I have used it when my arm was bothering me. So did the copper have a profound effect over a standard compression sleeve? Can't say for sure but the product itself worked for me!

I've purchased 2 of these. I broke both my elbows, one at a time, and this gives me relief and comfort during the healing process. I could not have had such a good healing process without something like this.

I just got this two days ago so I cant really tell if this works, even if Im liking it. This is more to share the size chart because the one on the product description isnt accurate. This one should help you decide the right size to get.

Got smallest, but too long and upper arm band to tight....feel sizing hasn’t been adjusted properly to accomodate small wearers

These arrived as described.I have not used them yet as I bought them for next season of volleyball.
