I do keto on a regular basis but can't always stay on track due to social outings, meetings and trips. These pills have saved me from gaining weight EVERY single time. I take them before every meal I know will have regular carbs, and so far, this product has helped me tremendously. Been taking for over three months but don't take them on a daily basis, only on those "cheat" days. Will definitely buy again...

I recently purchased this product as a substitute for the Costco brand CLA, which was out of stock. I have been using it for a few weeks now and noticed that it has helped me keep my weight in check. However, one downside of this product is the serving size. Each serving consists of 5 soft gels, a larger serving size than other supplements, but it carries more soft gels than competitors. Combine it with regular exercise and a healthy diet to see significant results. I have been making sure to incorporate long, uphill walks and regular exercise into my routine to complement the use of this product. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a supplement to help manage their weight. Just be aware of the larger serving size and use it with a healthy lifestyle.

I don’t know if this has really been instrumental in my losing weight. I cannot say anything bad about it, but I have not lost a lot of weight. I don’t blame the product as I’m having trouble staying in ketosis though with a new app I am now at least staying under my allowed daily calories

It’s a high dose because you have to swallow a lot of pills. I think it works but doesn’t seem to work as well as another brand I’ve bought where the dosing is lower and I only have to swallow 2 pills. I’ve been taking CLA off and on for about 20 years by several different labs. It works to lean you out if you exercise and eat reasonably. It works best if you at least attempt lower carbs. Just know and trust your lab because recall supplements are not FFA approved. These weren’t pricy but I’ve seen other brands cost a lot more and I would trust those labs. Use CLA daily for about 2 weeks and you’ll start to notice a difference.

5 pills per day w meal. That's a lot but I didn't even choke on them .. they are pretty soft. I hope they work w appetite. bc Grok has me on this cardio/weight program since April 19 (It's June 11) 5'7 was 146, now 139 but I've I hit a wall. I'll check back to see if this curbs my evening appettie . I get sick of yoghurt and cottage cheese, small portiions . hope CLA takes my mind off food at nite.
