I bought this because my iPhone's space is rapidly filling up, especially with pictures. Last evening, I plugged the flash drive in and copied all my pictures and contacts (although I'm not sure how to retrieve the contacts because of their file type). Then, I plugged the USB into my computer and copied my pictures from the flash drive. I can delete pictures off my iPhone, now, and still have access to the to print, etc.

This seems like a great idea. I bought it for my 14 year old because she fills her iPad with videos that she makes. I thought this was the perfect solution. I didn't even realize you needed to download an app to use it, but we opened it this morning and she discovers that the app is rated 17+. There's no way for me to work around this in iTunes to approve this app even though she doesn't meet the age requirement, unless I change (and lie) about her age. Please consider removing the age restriction unless you can explain a good reason to need it?

I have this ONTOTL/128GB for a few days now. At first, I thought that it was great since I could copy stuff from my PC and play on my iPhone and iPad, and also since I could do the backup of my iPhone and iPad as well. Things started to get annoying, however. I copied files from my PC to this device, and I confirmed that they were copied successfully. When I played on my iPhone/iPad, the files were not there anymore. They were gone. I verified on my PC later, and those files were actually gone. A lot of times, I had to re-copy the files, verify them on my PC and iPhone/iPad to make sure that they were there. It's really annoying. How can the files mysteriously disappear?

1. This product is not compatible with android, only with Apple products. 2. I was never able to successfully use it with my iPhone. Initially, the device said that it had a problem with iCloud, and couldn’t transfer pictures (even ones that were downloaded on my phone, and not on iCloud). Then, the device absolutely lost its mind. I would plug it into my phone and it would say it had 4GB capacity left (the device has no pictures on it or anything). I unplugged and replugged it — it then informed me I had a whopping 2000GB capacity left. I attempted to transfer just one test picture to the device, and the app just reloaded the page and did nothing. Every time I plugged the device back in, it was a toss up to see how much space was on it, as it fluctuated anywhere between 4GB and 2000GB, but never came back to the 128GB which it was supposed to be (and had actually shown me on Christmas Day when I first tried it).Bottom Line: This is an amazing idea, but this particular product is glitchy and not as versatile as advertised. Kudos to anyone who was able to make it work (if anybody was), but I’m tired of fighting with mine and am returning it. Don’t waste your money!

This did what it said it would do on my iPhone Xs Max. BUT I had to remove the most minimal case before it would make a connection. In order to transfer files I had to put a $1200 iphone at risk, not to mention the inconvenience of finding a safe place to do it.If you want to transfer files off you phone consider a travel router hub, like a RAVpower hub. I have one and wanted something a little more convenient, but because of the connection shortcoming, this item isn't it!

I am extremely disappointed in this product. 1. The app will not open after download. 2. My screen completely shuts down every time I try to manually open the app. 3. You have to take off your phone case just to use this device. 4. It’s a waste of money because I literally cannot use it nor return it. I’m extremely disappointed.

I don’t know how this product had 99 reviews averaging 4 stars when I last saw it! The instructions enclosed must be missing a few steps! It is impossible to import pictures from your device onto it! All is made clear when you go to download the app & the average review out of thousands is 1 Star (many reviewers stating that if they could give it 0 stars they would & many tales of somehow losing everything from their device). Back up your phone stuff some other way!!!

I tried to download photos from my phone using this drive using their EasyFlash app, which I think is a knockoff. But my problem is that ALL the photos wouldn't transfer to this device through iCloud. When I tried to send the photos through the app, this message popped up in their App: "iCloud photos, need to download from the system album, you can import" It says that with those words and punctuation. I couldn't understand it. Then Instead of an "Ok" prompt- it says "know." Not even propper English. Whether it is that I don't know how or if I can transfer photos using iCloud, I don't know. But I do know this was a $40.00 item and I can't read or understand it's message. This is obviously not made in America. I will return.
