Both got delivered and this mirror is gorgeous. I'm sending the other one back. Your makeup will be flawless with this mirror. This mirror needs more credit than it has gotten. I Bought this Product to set up a make up station at home. Ive been looking for ideas and this is perfect for it! Its in a beautiful Rose Gold color with a conveniently long cord with an on and off switch. The mirror also has a touch on and off sensor for the lights. They thought of everything! The cord has a USB connection and is almost translucent so I can hide the cord easily. It has a sturdy aluminum frame and a metal base so I'm confident this will last me a lifetime! Great quality and I love that I can set the time on it. Sometimes I lose track of time when I'm beautifying myself. Its a perfect size for a vanity station. The metal base has skidproof mats that will protect my furniture and fits my Note 8 phone with my case snugly on the phone mount. All around I Love this Mirror!

Returned item as it was defective. 4 of the lights didnt work on the right side.UPDATE 03/01/2019After the problem with my first mirror, I returned it without issue and received my refund. Shortly after, I was contacted by the seller. The seller then offered to send a FREE replacement for the trouble! The new mirror arrived within days works exactly like advertised and its beautiful and bright! Top Notch Customer Service!

I have ordered this product twice. The first time it came, I followed all the instructions and it didnt work. I tried plugging it into different outlets, all manner of troubleshooting to make sure it wasnt user error. It looks nice and it's a nice medium size mirror for your vanity. However lovely it looks, it wasnt functional. So...I tried again, thinking it may be a fluke. The second one came...looked great out of the box, but once again, completely non functional, even after repeating all the trouble shooting steps I did with the first one. I even had my husband try to set it up and get it to work, just to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I dont think most people would have tried that hard. And it still didn't work. Wow, save yourself the hassle of packaging this all up and sending it back because it doesnt work and just go for another one. Big disappointment--not just once, but twice. I cant evaluate brightness and so forth because I wasnt able to see that, but the minimum stars you can give is one. It deserves zero stars.

I have had this vanity mirror since 2019, and it’s paramount to my getting ready, putting in contacts and doing skincare. The size is perfect as is the lighting. I do not have to hunch over to see clearly into this mirror, which is so wonderful as I’m disabled.My husband and I moved recently and the power cord wound up getting lost. I wrote the company to ask if I can purchase a new cord. They so so graciously sent me a new one for free. I’m in awe of the customer service. I will forever shop for my vanities through them, as well as gift to people I love because I trust the quality and the company!Thank you again for the new cord! ♥️

I’m very happy with this purchase! The vanity works great and is the perfect size for me. It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be. I really like the lighting, perfect for applying makeup! The mirror is also so nice and clear. One of my favorite features is how it holds the phone perfectly for makeup tutorials. There really isn’t anything about this product that I don’t like. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who enjoys doing makeup!

Not really able to review much based on the fact that I have ordered this product twice for my daughters bedroom. First time, the product's cords were all included and the mirror wouldn't turn on. Second time ordered the product didn't even come with any of the connecting cords. This has been incredibly frustrating! Ordered another replacement since she absolutely loves the way it looks and the rose metal color. Maybe 3rd time will be a charm?!?

Mirror is excellent quality and awesome features. Lights are dimmable and works great for tutorials with the cellphone holder at the bottom of the mirror. Purchased this item for my daughter to surprise her at Christmas, she was excited and has utilized the mirror every day thus far and she said she can use this when her dance recital takes place later in the new year.
