Quality holesaw for sheet metal purposes.
Drilled through 3mm 316 stainless with ease. Make sure to use cutting compound if drilling stainless. Still got it in my toolbox. Will easily go through thin mild steel or galv.

Superior hole saw and reasonable price
Very good quality with an accurate cut. I have used these for cutting accurate and clean holes in oak worktops, sheet steels and stainless steels. There is a spring that is used for ejecting the cut cores of thin sheet but this spring can also be easily removed to allow a greater depth in wood to be cut. Great tool

Great product, great seller.
The seller was able to actually check the product off the shelf for me, instead of checking a computer inventory, which seems is almost unheard of these days. Good price for product and delivery. Top seller. The product does a great job and cuts a hole very precisely, without wandering around at the start. I bought the last one to retro-fit roofrails to my Mini Clubman; since I was cutting holes in the car roof (!!!) I wanted something that could do the job reliably and with minimal potential for error. This type of tool is probably more suited for use on a proper stand drill with little or no side play; the teeth being WC are very hard and brittle and are not designed to take loading sideways. Having said that, I used it (carefully) with a hand-held cordless and had absolutely no problems. Top product. The only down point with this bit is they only sell them WITH arbour, but it actually does unscrew, so now I have three of these hole saws, each with an identical arbour, which obviously means it adds to the expense.

Disappointed
Unfortunately not worth the money , first try on stainless made it 1mm depth and no more cut all blade chiped even while using cutting oil wouldn't recommend

Fantastic hole saw for stainless steel plate
This hole saw worked extremely well in my bench drill to cut through 3mm stainless steel plate. The drill speed was set down to the specified range and liberal application of a cutting fluid used (Molyslip MWF) Obviously important to manage the feed rate to maintain cutting but not overheat the cutter 12 holes cut with no problem. Highly recommended.

Good accurate cutting in many materials
Boight this to cut holes in compact laminate worktop - worked beautifully, very neat hole and with a bit of masking tape to protect the surface no chipping or loss of edges. Have also drilled through formica laminate, 3mm stainless checker plate and marine ply - cuts well on everything. I've bought a couple of sizes now. Not that cheap but worth the money and I suspect will stay sharp for a good number of cuts.

Used this to cut holes in 1/4" mild steel plate to mount NEMA 23 stepper motors. It performed to my expectations. Just take your time and use a generous amount of cutting oil and it will get the job done

This workrd perfect for cutting two extra holes in a stainless steel sink for a soap dispenser and an air switch for a garbage disposal. I used a little plumbers putty to make a dam around the area and then put some oil in it to keep it lubricated
