I can't comment on the durability because I bought 2 of these as gifts when they were "daily deals". But the presentation is great and they look to be well made. As with any knife, if taken care of, no reason it shouldn't last. The edge was terrific. This is a great knife for those newly married and when gotten at a daily deal price. My knives of choice are the Victorinox with the non slip handles, I much prefer these over the very expensive Shuns. HTH

This is the best knife we own. Not sure if that’s a comment on my frugality or the high quality of this knife. It’s super sharp and looks great too. Bonus that it comes with a great sharpener. The only thing I don’t like about it is the hand fatigue from using it longer than just a few seconds. Can’t complain though, given the price was about $8

3 stars because this is a knife as advertised and actually cuts well for the price. Lost the other 2 because the pattern is bunk.But to be fair, it's a cheap (price) knife... Did any of us really think we were getting an ACTUAL DAMASCUS blade for $19.99? Yes you can make similar designs with bin scraps and talent. But choices were made and it's really just machine etching or laser carving lightly on the blade surface. After a few hundred uses I won't be surprised if it wears off.

Really pleased with this knife. For the price its amazing i work in a kitchen im therr 6 days a week 10 hrs i use this knife daily for chopping and dicing everything the added sharpener is a nice bonus to keep that sharp edge and it is very sharp. Be very careful and respect this knife it will bit deep and you wont even realize it. Almost took my thumb tip off a few times.

The knife is well balanced and super sharp. Its been a pleasure to use around my kitchen. However, I would suggest to not pay extra for the Damascus pattern. The pattern of my knife is much more faded than the photos suggested. I can't see the pattern unless I hold the knife close to my face.

I was amazed at how sharp this knife is and for the price I don’t care if it breaks or goes dull if so I just buy a new one so far it is still as sharp 2 months later would definitely recommend

The quality of this knife is OK, and at this price point I would actually say it's on the side of better quality. However what they are advertising this as and what it really is are not the same. This is a regular knife with a damascus design engraved into the side, which appears to have been done with a laser. Because of that in person it's fairly ugly especially compared to actual Damascus. If that doesn't bother you this isn't a bad knife otherwise.

Sharp out of the box. Seems to be durable. Holds an edge well, i used it for about 2 weeks straight and its still sharp
