DIY Heating Coil Wire Kanthal A1 Resistance Wire 15 Feet (Alien 0.3x0.8+32GA)

I have a Kylin on my sub ohm mod, used this wire dual coil config. Two 3.5mm @ 4 wraps reads 0.23 ohms. Works fine no issues. Vape away.

I've not found "alien wire" to be all that stretchable. I use this wire for vaping and it definitely helps make some good quality coils. A spool like this will probably last me a year so value wise it's pretty good. I don't use TC mode on anything but a coil stands up to .4 for about a month and it's VERY stable. I usually swap out coils every 2 weeks unless I'm being lazy.

I mainly get this brand because the spool fits in my build kit. The wire had no issues but it's kinda pricey for what it is. it does come with cotton though

This is actually fused Clapton. Wire also likes to twist when coiling so it doesn't lay flat to the rod

This wire is fantastic. First time coil builder, and I really like what this offers. Even heating and easy to adjust.

Firing off after making 2 coils for an RDA it should be close to .16-.20. These are firing off at .030. Some where the math of making the prespun wire got screwed up.

Burns well and clean. It doesn't seem to be made of the same "Chineseum" wire that many others sell as Kanthal.

This is the easiest wire to build with, imo. It is very consistent and very easy to get a consistent resistance from the coils. Vapor production is very good and it has very good flavor.
