Complaint for worst product
I am lecturer in a college,I buy this product after seen its reviews,but I am afraid that my bag is not so good. I purchase this product on 7th May 2019 and got it on 13th May after that I go for a camp with berhampore adventure club on 24th May 2019 to 28th May 2019 ,I use this bag but I disappointed,because of this type of highly ranked company sells this type of low graded bags, who's shoulderstrips lock is broken,lts rain covers rubber is lose . Please see this matter I want to return this bag with complain ,please tell me the way how I do. Please reply me as soon as possible.please corporate with me..
