Kaces Piano or Keyboard Case (KB3013)

I was looking for a bag that would fit my Akai MPK249 but could not find it until I saw this Kaces Piano case. I didn't want a hard case, I just needed a sturdy bag with a side pocket. This bag is very well made, from the bag material to the zipper and handles. Besides, it fits my MPK249 so well that I think it was made exactly for it. Just be sure you order the 49 key small version as there is also a large version.

Nicely padded case. Straps to hood keyboard in and see great side pocket for storage.

Good: The padding is adequate for the keyboard to not be knocked around in casual transport (i.e. walking, in car between lessons). 88-keys fit with several inches of unused space left. Outer pocket adequate for cords and music. Not-so-good: No D rings to add a shoulder strap. Interior straps press onto keys and keep them depressed if the keyboard is truly secured. No provisions for music holder attachment or pedals within the main compartment and outer pocket not large enough leaving risk of the music holder being bent or the pedals banging against the keyboard in casual transport. NOT FOR ADEQUATE FOR FULL PROTECTION.... would recommend a hard case for touring and air travel.

Bought for a Roland SH-01 GAIA based on listed dimensions. Fits perfect. Not a hard case but good padding for a gig bag or for storage. Hard to find a padded bag for this synth- this one works.

I replaced an earlier model Kaces bag which was finally getting worn after 5 years of use on the road, and couldn't be happier. It looks fantastic and has far better padding than my other model. I feel confident with my keyboard in there.

After I bought a Roland GAIA SH-01 I had to start looking for a case/bag that it would fit in. The Kaces KB3013 fits it almost perfectly (it's about an inch to long). I'm very happy with the case and I recommend it to any GIAI SH-01 users.
