I have very narrow feet and I was hoping that these would help to keep my feel from sliding out. Once they stick, you can't remove and it's a little tricky getting them in the right place the first time. Could be a good solution, just doesn't work for my very narrow feet

My flat always hurt my heel and makes a blister, I love this heel inserts to anti blister, it really works well, my feet feel amazing, no rubbing no blister.

They did not stick to the shoe extremely well for me after my body heat had warmed them up, but then again the shoes are a bit older and I bought these to try to bridge the gap that had formed from wear. They did protect my heel from blisters.

These do not last more than one use they come off each time you get your foot in and out and the stick stops working...not worth the money for a single use. They did seem to make my heel feel better so I wish the design was better

Works great. Back of shoe too big, this kept my foot from slipping out.

The do keep your shoe from a slip-out but hurts. Also their little bumps are starting to fall off.

These are working for me on my silly, loose, pump-style flats. These type of shoes are very cheap and I shouldn't buy them cos they flop off my slim feet. But I like them cos they brighten up my summer clothes. So ... heel grips to the rescue!I've used other heel grips, the suede ones and the smooth material ones, but they don't work for me.These are great. They have rubber protrusions that move individually and so grip the contours of your heel. I find they work with or without socks/tights.You have to have space for them in your shoes but they're so much better than insoles - insoles just push my foot upwards and cramp the toe space, but do nothing for the flopping off heel.I think you can get thinner heel grips (these are thick - 6mm) so if you have shoes that just about fit but still flop off your heels, try the thinner versions.Sometimes they don't stick very well - especially on rough or loose fabric. They're best on shiny surfaces. But they're so cheap you can replace them if they work loose.

I have absolutely no idea what the other reviews are on about. I bought these as I am generally in-between shoe sizes and very often need an extra grip. The first time I used them on a pair of flat loafers they ripped my heels to shreds. Two weeks on, my feet are still in a mess. They are made of a hard rubber and as the day went on, the little rubber bits started to come away so felt I had bits in my shoes. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

Bought these for my work shoes as my heels get really tired and red from the pressure. I have now tried these heel grips and they do help easy the pressure quite a lot. It can be easily applied to any shoes, work or walking weekend shoes, and your day walking about will be much more comfortable.

These work very well without feeling strange. One of them seems to have and area on one side which has no glue. Without peeling them all out of the shoes, l can't return them, so l will have to try to cut that bit off.

Run but not with these they were so sore they gave me blisters
