I love this fan. Its beautiful and practical.

...within only two weeks after purchase. It's a pretty enough prop, but not at all durable for use as a flamenco fan. From now on, I will stick with authentic wooden fans made to hold up to rehearsal and performance. With its plastic ribs and cheap metal pin (which was the first part to break), I doubt it would hold up very long even if used as a cooling fan. Seems like another example of "you get what you pay for," unfortunately.

Sturdy, smooth opening, I wasn't afraid of the sequins falling off. It was perfect for my flamenco outfit.
