Giving 1 star because the app is broken. I input my email, receive an authorization code, but then cannot move forward in the app. I see the "next" button... but its greyed out and there is no way to move forward. Called the customer service number in the box and was told tech support will reach out. It only resulted in a VERY BROKEN ENGLISH email telling me to download the app to create an account. THIS IS MY ISSUE! I CANNOT GET THE APP TO WORK. Returning.

Do not buy this camera. It has its own shady app that is easily hacked. We woke up one night to the camera completely turned from our baby's crib to our bed. We share a 1 bedroom apartment and bought the camera to crib train her and cry it out. The camera is supposedly motion censored but has never moved towards the movement just sent an alert not move at all. We noticed it happened two nights in a row between the hours of 12am-1am. We were too freaked out to go back more nights. LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT BUY THIS CREEPY CAMERA THAT GETS HACKED AND CAN MOVE 360 AROUND YOUR ENTIRE HOME AND BE SAVE TO THEIR "CLOUD".

This home security camera, like the millions out there looks nice and boasts about it's many features but sadly it fails badly in it's PC and Cell connectivity. This becomes very annoying in trying to monitor any area and it's reliability is very poor. Word to the wise... do your research before you buy anything and read those reviews, unless you have money to burn! Good Luck! GPR

Picture quality is great, it is nice that I can pan and tilt and see other views. However, be warned that you CANNOT USE AN SD CARD to record. You MUST PURCHASE cloud storage. It LOOKS like you'll be able to use an SD card, but the slot does not actually accept cards, does not register that they are inserted. So, if you want a lice action camera, go for it. I wanted a security camera. This is not it.

Absolute waste of money. The cameras are difficult to set up and work well once they are up and running. Unfortunately they do not last long before they stop working. They also consistently reset them selves throughout the day causing you to re-position the cameras periodically. I’ve purchased three of these cameras and only one still currently works.

I put this camera under my house to see what was making noise, and it worked great both day and night. However, when I tried putting it in my window sill to record through the window it did not work in the dark but reflected light back from the window and screen. Also it is a little tricky getting it set up, but I was able to figure it out. Otherwise it works great especially for the price.

Our grandson and wife had their first baby late last year. Just now being moved to sleep in his own crib in his own room, so this camera is very useful. Gives them peace of mind. Great picture quality, easy to set up.

Had a heck of time setting up due to the camera being anti 5G and all. If your internet provider does a combo signal it won't work. Luckily I have a router booster which only uses 2G so I was able to hook camera up to that. Besides the hassle with that these cameras are pretty good and I would recommend them. I have 3 of them and they all work great.
