Well made. Stainless Steel and Aluminum caps.
Well made of stainless steel. The matte black finish looks great and is discreet. Notches along bottom allow registration sticker to show. The modern Cadillac shield is etched nicely as the description indicated. 1st winter approaching. I think the stainless steel should hold up well.

Missing parts
The package was missing the black covers for the screws, this was the only reason I ordered these because i wanted something that covered the screws. Very disappointed!!
