Most people say “cute”, “fit well for my trip”, blah, blah, blah! Well here I hope is some Useful info to go by. I’m 5’1”, 117lbs, 36C, 29W, 37H. I wear a size 4 or 6 in Women’s or a 5 or 7 in Jr. Size. The Medium fit perfectly and they seem to be well made. They are made of swim suit material so dry quickly. Small was too tight in waist, thighs, hips & crotch. I hope this helps you determine your size. So many people leave bragging frivolous information. Generally I wear a small. I ordered a medium. Medium fit perfect so I say they run a little small or maybe it is the junk in my trunk! They are definitely a bathing suit bottom,not a pair of shorts. They do have a panty liner which is nice for swimming. I liked these so much I ordered 3 more pair while they were in stock.I did Not get a discount for my review, just trying to help other online buyers like me. I hope I helped!

I recently got a stand-up paddleboard so I've been extending my water-sport wardrobe. I bought these shorts based on their good reviews and they've lived up to my high expectations.These shorts have a panty-type lining inside, which is nice because they are comfortably loose at the leg openings, and the lining is both comfortable (no seams at the crotch) and means I don't have to worry about exposing myself while bending over or sitting with my legs bent in front of me (both of which happen a lot when I'm out paddling).As other reviewers have noted, the shorts are made of stretchy synthetic, more like a typical swimsuit than a typical board short. If I was surfing on a big foam board, I might object to the fabric choice because it would snag easier on a rough surface, but on my smooth paddleboard, it does just fine. The shorts dry quickly and because of their stretch, the sizing is more forgiving than it would be with a more static fabric.For reference, I'm 170 pounds, 5'7", and usually wear a 10 or 12 in pants/shorts. I ordered the "large" (12-14) based on previous reviews and am happy with that choice—they are snug at the waist and as mentioned, a little loose at the leg openings, and that suits me perfectly. If in doubt, go up a size.If I could change anything about these shorts, I'd add a pocket or two. I'm not knocking off any stars for that, since no pockets were promised—I'm just hoping the manufacturer reads these reviews and considers adding them to a future edition of these excellent shorts.

I was so glad that these ran true to size as the other reviewers indicated! ! This came, and I opened it expecting to be bummed, but instead I was thrilled. The shorts are a decent length, and the thickness of my material is not bad, either. You never know what you are going to get when you order online, but this came in good condition, stitching looks good. Fabric is actually totally black, and the liner inside is nice and ensures if you decide to show the kids a truck at the pool the whole community won't be looking at your schtuff. :) I'm happy with this, and will be ordering another one. Mix and match swimsuits are the only way I can get a good fit!

i would rate them higher if the waistband wasn't so loose. i'm 5'4 165 lbs. i liked the fabric and the fit perfect across my hips and butt, but not matter how tight i pulled the drawstring, they didn't cinch close in the back. i would always have to wear a one piece if i don't want my crack to show when i sat down.

These are definitely swim material. Every time I try on new bottoms, they have to look good from the back before I buy. These definitely make my backside look good. They are both comfortable and attractive looking. For reference, I am 5'7" and 150 pounds and the medium looks great on me.

These are awesome swim shorts! For years I've worn the bathing suits that have the skirt bottoms, however, I wanted it to be easier to to wear something over it. This solves both problems. These look so much like athletic shorts that I can just wear them to the beach or the pool and no one can tell. In fact, I've worn them even when I wasn't going to be in water. They are comfortable, not too short and not too long. They do have an inner lining, which is weird to get used to in shorts, but once you remember these are actually a bathing suit, it makes perfect sense. They have held up great with no tears or pulls, even after sitting on textured cement. I did order a size up, but honestly, I didn't need to. Definitely recommend these!!

Quality swimwear, quick dry material . True to size, and the built in panty is perfect. I wear women’s 12 in regular slacks, so I ordered the XL swim shorts I wanted them to hang loose, the draw string is perfect to adjust the waist smaller to fit. I love these swim shorts and recommend them,
